Voice Activity Data: Voice channel join/leave timestamps, duration of participation, and relevant Server context.
Giveaway Participation Data: Giveaway entries, preferences, prize delivery status, and interaction patterns.

2.2 Information You Provide

Voluntary Information: Custom giveaway titles/descriptions, prize information, server configurations, and support communications.
Administrative Data: Server settings, custom role requirements, and moderation preferences.

2.3 Technical Information

System Data: Temporary IP addresses (for security), browser/client info, OS info, connection timestamps, and error logs.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 Primary Purposes

Service Delivery: Process giveaway participations, determine winner eligibility, and maintain giveaway history.
User Experience: Personalize Bot responses, remember preferences, and provide multilingual support.

5. DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE

We employ AES-256 encryption at rest, secure database configurations, and strict access controls to protect your data, primarily stored in secure EU cloud facilities.

Active Data: Giveaway data is deleted 2 years after completion. Inactive user statistics are removed upon request or after 3 years of total inactivity.
Logs: Error logs are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics data is anonymized after 1 year.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 14. We will acknowledge and respond to your request within the legally required timeframe (usually 30 days).

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Users must be at least 13 years old to use EazyGiveaway (per Discord requirements). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover underage use, data will be immediately deleted.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Data may be processed outside your residence country. We ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comply with EU/EEA GDPR requirements.

9. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use session identifiers and local storage purely for essential bot functionality and user preferences. We do not use traditional web cookies for cross-site tracking.

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement end-to-end encryption in transit, strict operational security, and regular security audits. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will notify users of material changes via our Discord server and/or bot announcements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

For EU/EEA Users, our legal bases under GDPR include: Legitimate Interest (for service delivery), Contract Performance (to provide the bot), Consent (for optional features), and Legal Obligation.
